Yvelyne Wood | Founder of Swiss Humanitarian Organization

“My work as a committed Artist is deep-rooted in the history of war, which I inherited. My first task is to make the principle victims of modern conflicts visible, i.e. “Women and children.”

I am now reliably in to do this with the establishment of SIHO which is dedicated to the victims of the war. “Helping them in the field is my priority.”

Since 1999, Yvelyne Wood’s work as a Swiss-French artist, has-been supported by the UN, the UNHCR, the French office for the protection of stateless people, and the French Ministry of Culture.
